Using the Help System

General Procedure

When accessed through the Help option on the Main Menu or through the 'blue question mark' on the button menu, the Help System appears in two frames. The left hand frame is the Help System index, and the right hand frame contains the information about the selected topic. The user can also access Help associated with the routine they are currently using by hitting the F1 key on their keyboard.

To move between pages in the Help System, the user can click the Index topics found in the right hand frame, or the "Grey Arrow buttons" found at the top and bottom of every page. If the user moves the mouse over these buttons, a floating tip will display the name of the page that the arrow is linked to (will either return the user to the Main Menu for that topic, or take the user to the next or previous page associated with the current topic).
